The S.T.I.L.L Method begins somewhere deeper

The STILL Method

Slow.
Instead of rushing to sort and discard, we honor the pace your home and your life require. Overwhelm doesn’t disappear through urgency, it softens through safety. We create space for you to slow down, settle, and make intentional decisions from a place of clarity.

Take Stock.
We assess more than your belongings. We create space for still by understanding your capacity, routines, life transitions, and the emotional connections that shape your relationship with your home.

Intentionally Edit.
Editing becomes an act of alignment, creating space for more still in your home and your life. We release what no longer supports you, gently, without shame and without pressure.

Lay Foundations.
Systems are built around your real life, not an idealized version of it. We create structures that support how you live, think, and move through your day so your home can become a place of more still, ease, and flow.

Live Lightly.
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s sustainability. A home designed to support your life, create more still, and remain steady, breathable, and functional long after the session ends.

The Difference

Traditional organizing changes your space. Functional organizing changes your life.

The S.T.I.L.L. Method honors the connection between your nervous system, emotional life, and physical environment. It recognizes that clutter is often a symptom, not the root.

This approach is especially powerful for women navigating full lives, transitions, caregiving roles, and invisible mental loads. We don’t just clear space. We create conditions for clarity, peace, and still. A home that supports you from the inside out.

Creating a functional home isn’t just about organization. It’s about creating a space where life feels lighter, the mind feels calmer, and still has room to exist.

Meet LaQuasha

CEO & ORGANIZER

“I created Still Nest because I know what it feels like to carry too much.”

Still Nest was born from a personal turning point. As a woman, mom, wife and licensed mental health therapist, juggling the quiet weight of everyday life, I began to notice how much unseen noise was living in my home. Stacks of paper, closets I avoided, and a pace that never left room to breathe.

When I started clearing my physical space, something unexpected happened: my mind felt lighter, calmer, more supported. That experience reshaped the way I understood home, wellness, and care, and ultimately led me to create Still Nest.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health and a deep respect for the emotional side of organizing, my work goes far beyond bins and labels. I approach each space with the same intention I bring to therapy: compassion, curiosity, and respect for where you are in your season of life.

Still Nest is about creating homes that hold you. Spaces that feel steady, calming, and aligned with what truly matters. Together, we make room not just for beautiful order, but for clarity, ease, and a life that feels more like your own.
